Bender UK has appointed David Williamson as National Sales Manager for its advanced range of products and services designed for the medical sector.
He will drive forward sales and service of medical power systems and operating theatre equipment for hospital trusts and private medical facilities in the UK and Ireland.
David brings to the role a wealth of experience in sales and service for power and cooling systems across a range of critical markets, including data centres and financial and retail sectors.
He leads sales, delivery and support for turnkey operating theatre projects; Steris LED theatre lighting systems and Bender touchscreen theatre and surgeons control panels. He will also oversee business growth in service support for installed Bender IPS and UPS equipment.
The development of projects to deliver significant energy optimisation savings is another key area of David’s experience, and an increasingly important area for health trusts facing budget limitations.
