Kemper UK & Ireland Ltd will be exhibiting on stand No C44 the revolutionary Kemper Hygiene System (KHS) which is a circulation system that avoids stagnation problems that are usually associated within static cold water pipe work systems.
We will also be exhibiting other Kemper valves for Hot Water Thermal balance control and general valves to maintain Hygienic water conditions.
The Kemper Hygiene System uses a very clever venturi principle within a valve that creates a pressure drop and induces water movement through a pipe work loop. With daisy chained pipe work routes we can ensure cold water circulation right up to the point of use to maintain hygienic water conditions through the system. The KHS also has an automatic drain facility to maintain temperature’s within the cold water system and avoid stagnation and biofilm build up. The system is set to abide by the legislations of HTM 04-01 and ACOP L8.
For hot water thermal balance control Kemper manufacture various valves to maintain your hot water systems ensuring full circulation and minimum heat loss. We assist many designers to ensure the correct valves are installed in the correct locations to avoid any short circuits within a secondary return system.
All Kemper valves are manufactured in Gunmetal material, are stagnation free through out and are designed by Kemper public health engineers.
