Tristel, a global manufacturer of infection control products – whose lead technology is a proprietary chlorine dioxide formulation reportedly effective in short contact times against all microorganisms, including spores – will launch Rinse Assure, a ‘unique water management system for continuous supply of CFPP 01.06 compliant water’, in conjunction with T.E.S.T.
Rinse Assure can be connected to all makes of automated endoscope reprocessors (AERs), and doses chlorine dioxide into the water throughout the cycle, with ‘an immediate effect’ on TVCs. Tristel said: “Rinse Assure continuously manages the quality of the water, and removes biofilm in supplied pipework and related AER equipment. The integrated ‘track and trace ‘system increases compliance, and enables the user to constantly monitor the process.”
Rinse Assure is part of what Tristel says is ‘a range of unique water management solutions, including Tristel Fuse for Water and the FilterShot System.
