Join us for the third instalment in our Revolutionising NHS Estates, Services & Infrastructure series, which is available to attend *free of charge​*. Following our Transforming NHS Estates conferences in 2021 and 2022, our third Transforming NHS Estates conference will examine opportunities to modernise health infrastructure systems and explore how partnerships can deliver this vision.  

Healthcare Estates is the UK’s largest event for healthcare engineers and EFM professionals.

Our aim is to make our flagship event as inclusive as possible both for our members and everyone from the healthcare efm community who has worked tirelessly to meet the challenges of the past two years.

In the new NHS, with the challenges of sustainability and responding to the climate emergency, the decontamination community will need to play its part in seeking new ways to respond while not compromising on the quality improvements we have seen over the past 20+ years.

In the UK these improvements were driven by the threat posed by BSE, variant CJD and our understanding of prion diseases.

Mike Simmons will introduce the day as chair of our first session with examples from the world of microbiology and infection prevention, where our experts illustrate how thinking outside the box brought them to novel solutions that challenge the dogma they faced.

This will allow delegates to consider their own practice and challenge them to consider questions and solutions that they might want to investigate in their sphere of work.

EXPLORE THE EVOLVING WORLD OF SURGERY

For all surgical specialties, all roles and every member of the theatre team, Future Surgery is the first large-scale exhibition and conference dedicated to all that is new in surgery. The event explores the evolving world of surgery with expert speakers delivering CPD accredited professional development.

We look forward to welcoming surgeons, anaesthetists and the whole perioperative team with the shared goal of understanding how the future of surgery will be mapped out. This event takes place at the ExCel, London.
