Bristan says it is ‘continuing to champion innovation’ in the commercial market with the launch of a ‘new and improved’ version of its ‘iconic’ H64 tap.
The company explained: “Designed specifically to meet the acute demands of the medical environment, the Bristan H64 has long been favoured as the tap product of choice by commercial providers seeking to optimise hygiene and efficiency. However, the newly revised model takes such innovation to the next level.”
Key additions include a removable spout (with an angled waterway to help drain excess water) to facilitate cleaning, an ‘in-box choice’ of either open flow outlet or laminar flow straightener, and chlorine dioxideresistant engineering grade plastic elbow waterways to guard against bacterial growth.
The new H64 also incorporates the existing model’s patented flush technology – that does not require any additional equipment, and tamper-proof easy access isolation (without removal of the valve from the wall/basin), for quick thermal flushing in accordance with good infection control practice. Other features include easy calibration and ‘a cool touch’ to reduce scalding.
