Newly launched company, Cloud Offsite Construction, says it comes to the healthcare market ‘with a fresh approach to the fast-moving and constantly developing world of modular off-site building’.
The company said: “With the off-site construction option capable of delivering a permanent bespoke modular theatre within just 22 weeks, designed to meet all Building Regulations, HTMs, and HBNs, it’s an option worthy of serious consideration. Modular construction is a truly modern approach to building – smarter, greener, and faster, and nowhere is it better suited than to healthcare. Extending or upgrading healthcare facilities without disrupting patient care seems an almost impossible challenge, but off-site construction could be the solution.
“Modules can be designed to suit every healthcare scenario – from ward to theatre to corridor, all constructed off site, fully fitted out in partnership with specialist companies, and delivered quickly to avoid lengthy and complex road and department closures,” Cloud Offsite Construction explained.
Heading up the team are two codirectors involved in engineering and construction their whole working career – Ben Pemberton and Simon Ward.
