Daray says it is increasingly being called upon to provide energy-efficient LED lighting to operating theatres around the country.
The company said: “Our LED operating theatre lights deliver significant energy, cost, and carbon savings, and offer greatly improved performance.” A recent installation saw Daray’s Dual-head SL750 LED operating lights installed within the Day Surgery Theatre at Uckfield General Hospital in East Sussex.

The ‘stand-out model’ in Daray’s range, the SL700 Series, boasts a focusable, variable intensity beam ‘with excellent shadow reduction and accurate colour rendering’, and adjustable colour temperature. The company added: “We are pioneers in LED technology within the clinical environment, and with features like variable intensity and advanced colour rendering, our products offer exceptional, accurate performance, alongside low running and ownership costs.”
