The UK-based specialist diagnostic imaging company MAS Medical, has created a DVD recording system which produces highly effective recordings of X-rays, including cardiac and barium swallow for speech therapy. The system has easy-to-use features which allow for quick and accurate X-ray diagnosis.

MAS Medical also supplies the FilmX eXpedo DICOM image recorder, which makes it much easier for radiology departments and imaging centres to share the results of diagnostic examinations using CDs and DVDs. MAS Medical attended Medica in Germany in November to showcase its high-quality X-ray imaging innovations.
