The real-time machine learning system enables optimal operation of medical gas systems using a set of emerging IT technologies, including AI, 4G/5G, blockchain, edge computing, and big data analytics to optimise performance reporting and decision making. K’nect is tailored to every SHJ customer, and is hosted on a secure platform. It gives instant access to plant history, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports, invoices, asset lists, insurance and safety valve certificates, plant photographs, call-out details, and response times, all in one simple interface.
SHJ understands that its customers need to prove compliance on a regular basis. K’nect uses a RedAmber-Green (RAG) rating to enable instant monitoring of KPIs. It’s easy to see – at a glance – when safety valve certificates expire, pressure vessel inspections are due, or plant needs servicing.
