The new arrangement will ensure a higher level of customer service support by handling warranty replacements and repairs for Welch Allyn thermometers and aneroid blood pressure monitors with an even faster in-country return to service.
EBME service supports Welch Allyn customers
Although EBME will now receive, assess, repair and service the device and return to the customer, the customer will deal directly with Welch Allyn throughout the administrative process ensuring direct contact is sustained with its customers.
