Demonstrating its ongoing commitment
to provide outstanding customer
service, Welch Allyn will be working in
partnership with EBME. The new
arrangement will ensure a higher level
of customer service support by handling
warranty replacements and repairs
for Welch Allyn thermometers and
aneroid blood pressure monitors with
an even faster in-country return to
service.
Although EBME will now receive, assess, repair and service the device and return to the customer, the customer will deal directly with Welch Allyn throughout the administrative process ensuring direct contact is sustained with its customers.
Welch Allyn UK general manager, Nigel Pattinson said: “We are confident that the new UK-based replacement and repair service support from EBME, will show our customers that we understand the importance of quality and with this new partnership, we are ensuring that expert knowledge, training and speedy service is available to every customer with an even more rapid return to service time.”
