Construction firm acquires facilities management provider Elite Group.
Healthcare construction firm MTX Contracts has acquired Elite Group, a facilities management and engineering services provider.
The company says the acquisition ‘marks an exciting milestone for MTX as the business continues to strengthen its maintenance, small works and FM capabilities’, adding that it ‘will allow both businesses to respond to increased demand, share expertise and drive sustainable long-term growth’.

The transaction was completed on 28 November 2025, with Daniel Bowman appointed as Managing Director of Elite Group. The financial details were not disclosed.
