NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has issued a preliminary market engagement (PME) notice for its proposed Sustainable Transport and Infrastructure 2 framework agreement (SBS10540).
The move signals NHS SBS' intention to begin engaging with suppliers operating in the sector. Valued at an estimated £200m, the renewal framework agreement aims to provide a comprehensive route for NHS organisations and the wider public sector to procure a range of sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions. These include micro‑mobility, drone delivery services, robotic logistics, traditional courier services, car park management, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and cycle parking and infrastructure, all supporting environmental sustainability and Net Zero objectives.
The closing date for this PME is Thursday 14 May.
