Day one at Healthcare Estates has been busy for the Venesta team, with some really useful conversations at Stand G3.
A lot of what we’ve been hearing comes back to the same pressures. Ageing estates. Tight budgets. Maintenance. Hygiene. And the need to make good decisions now that will stand the test of time. The Mind the Gap theme has come up a lot too. There’s a real difference between shiny new facilities and the older estates that still have to be kept safe, compliant, and working every day.
There’s been strong interest in practical ways to make healthcare washrooms easier to maintain and manage. We’ve been showing our washroom and integrated panelling systems alongside some newer additions to the healthcare range, and talking through how the different elements can work together as part of a wider healthcare package.
Access has come up repeatedly too. Estates teams need products that are straightforward to service, easy to clean, and durable enough for demanding healthcare environments. It’s been useful to hear directly from estates teams, architects, and specifiers about what they’re dealing with day to day. Those conversations are helping shape how we support healthcare projects, from early specification through to ongoing maintenance.
