A new range of Aqua-Pure water filters from Cuno, for use in point of use water dispenser and drinking water systems, are designed to virtually eliminate bacteria from water for critical water dispensing applications. They incorporate a membrane that removes greater than 99.99% of all bacteria and a fine carbon pre-filter block that reduces unpleasant taste and odours.

Removal of sediment by this block also extends the membrane filter life and thereby increases the life of the whole filter making it more economical to use.
Able to handle such demanding installations as hospitals and healthcare locations, where this high level of water filtration is critical, the cartridges are currently offered in two sizes with capacities over the filter's life of 7,600 litres (AP1) and 11,000 litres (AP3).
