The services provided include: development and
on-going updating of building or site-wide CAD footprints including building
services’ information; provision of building services’ surveys, including fire
alarm, medical gases and all electrical and mechanical services; and provision
of scanned and intelligently indexed building services’ documentation and
manuals ready for migration to FM systems. During 2005, Topscan became an HFC Partner, was
authorised by BOC to carry out medical gas surveys, and formed close links with
leading industry software developers such as MiCAD. Topscan is exploring how
its services can enhance disaster recovery plans.
