Built on our innovative spirit and ingenuity, the business is focused on investing, constructing and maintaining critical healthcare facilities. Our work forges collaboration with clients and end users, transforming spaces and ensuring the patient is at the heart of what we do.
Our project portfolio spans the healthcare spectrum, ranging from delivering Acute Hospitals, specialist cancer treatment facilities including Proton Beam Therapy, Mental Health and Primary Care Centres, through to the refurbishment and remodelling of Estates, facility compliance and whole estate maintenance. We are committed to delivering capital and revenue value for money solutions, for our partners and clients within the healthcare sector.
Since 2013 we have successfully completed over 65 healthcare projects in the UK, totalling in excess of £800m in value with 100% of projects completed on budget and 98.5% on time.
The majority of our services are delivered through long-term collaborative frameworks. We are a Principal Supply Chain Partner (PSCP) within the strategically important frameworks ‘Procure 22’, ‘Frameworks Scotland 2’ and the ‘Northern Ireland Performance Related Partnering Programme’.
