The Mechanical Key System is a simple cost-effective solution for managing and securing large and small quantities of keys that they kept on site. At a glance you will be able to identify who has a particular set of keys while they are out in use, this is indicated by each staff members personal Access Peg which is colour coded and/or engraved with their initials or particular personal code reference.
The Mechanical Key System is available in many different key quantities starting from 1 key and then rows of 5 up to 150 key sets. Steel self-closing cabinets are also available for extra security of your important keys.
Keytracker Intelligent Cabinets give an easy and effective way to secure all keys and track their movements.
Keytracker Intelligent Key Cabinets keep all keys secure yet quickly accessible for staff to use at any time without the time-consuming hassle of checking out the keys they wish to use. To access the keys the user simply logs into the cabinet using their unique PIN Code, Swipe Card Access or Finger Print Read. All cabinet transactions are automatically recorded through a powerful, easy-to-use software application, providing automated email reports and alerts that monitor, control and track every key movement.
The Keytracker Electronic System is also available with a Secure Locking feature, this is an added security feature which gives administrators complete control over individual access to keys, safeguarding against misuse or unauthorised key use. This feature works by locking the key holding fobs in their respective positions within the system, particular keys can only be retrieved by an authorise user, LED lights clearly show which keys are unlocked for easy identification and removal.

Key Control Software (KCS) has been designed to track keys or any barcoded items in, out and even between sites. Multiple users can access the software through any of the many compatible internet browsers at anytime, anywhere and on any smart device. Individual and group access permissions give administrators complete control over what each user can do when logged on preventing users from viewing and editing information that they are not authorised to access.
KCS has sector specific modes or is available in a standard configuration. The software can be used as a standalone product or in conjunction with other Keytracker systems making it flexible to meet any key and equipment management requirements.
