Bid-Builder Ltd hosted a fact-finding mission to Kings College Hospital PFI by a team from the Barcelona Courts PFI project recently.

The objective was to learn “best practice” from UK PFI/PPP projects and to transfer these skills to the Spanish project. The key areas looked at were in risk transfer and life cycle costing.
