Utilising ‘years of experience’, and understanding that medical gas training ‘needs to be relevant and effective’, and that time available is limited, HAC Medical Gas Training & Services is working on training packages (face-toface and online) that ‘provide all training in the most time and cost-effective ways’.
The company said: “Of particular importance is ensuring that the correct training is available for clinical staff who often don’t receive the level of training they deserve or require. Our Leicester training centre provides training for hospital engineers, managers, DMOs, and DNOs, in a relaxed environment, where class sizes are intentionally kept smaller, ensuring the best attention to detail for our delegates. With modern MGPS plant and manifolds available, allowing handson training without a risk of interrupting gas supply to patients, our delegates can familiarise themselves with all parts of such systems. Support, of course, continues post-training, as we offer a range of consultancy services, including HTM 02-01 compliance audits, Operational Policies, and Authorising Engineer services.
