Offsite construction specialist, The McAvoy Group, has expanded its Board with the appointment of Martin O’Neill as Contracts director, further strengthening its management team.
With 25 years’ construction and civil engineering experience, he brings a wide range of project delivery expertise, and will ‘take responsibility for delivering offsite projects to the highest standards’. Collaborating at projects’ initial design and procurement stages, he will lead site operations to handover and postcompletion, working closely with the Group’s business development, commercial, and manufacturing teams.

A member of the Institution of Engineers Ireland, the new appointee was previously Regional director for Scotland and Northern England at Farrans Construction.
