Galliford Try Facilities Management has won a three-year contract to provide hard facilities management services for independent sector treatment centres (ISTCs) on behalf of Circle, which claims to be the UK’s largest partnership of healthcare professionals.
Galliford Try wins three-year ISTC deal
The company has commenced property maintenance services at Eccleshill NHS Treatment Centre in Bradford (pictured), the UK’s first ISTC, and at Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre, said to be Europe’s largest facility of its kind. The three-year rolling contract will also give Galliford Try the opportunity to secure additional work subsequently, with the potential to provide facilities management services to as many as 25 newly built private hospitals and clinics.
