Dominic Gallello appointed Chairman of the Board at Singu.

Singu, a cloud-based software provider for facility, maintenance, ESG, and building management solutions, has appointed Dominic Gallello as Chairman of the Board.

Dominic Gallello is an established technology leader with a deep background in engineering and enterprise software solutions. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record of developing award-winning products, driving intense customer focus, and scaling globally recognized brands, the company says.

His products have earned more than 50 industry awards, including two R&D 100 Awards, as well as the company-level ‘Best Work Culture’ Timmy Award. Collectively, his product portfolios have generated several billion dollars in revenue.

As a CEO, Dominic led his last three companies from approximately $300 million in valuation to roughly $1.3 billion in exit value, and he has been recognized as a SaaS Top 50 CEO and an ‘Achievement in Management’ Gold Winner for Advancing Industry 4.0 Realization.

He brings several decades of senior leadership experience across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) technology ecosystem. He has held executive and board roles at some of the industry’s most influential platforms, including Intergraph/ Hexagon, Autodesk, and Graphisoft, helping guide enterprise adoption, global expansion, and long-term strategic growth.

In addition to his commercial leadership, Dominic serves as Chair of the Investment Committee for Commercial at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). He also serves as a Board Member at PlanHub, a leading digital marketplace connecting contractors and suppliers across the construction industry.

“Dominic’s appointment marks an important milestone for Singu,” said Paweł Malon, Group CEO. “He brings a rare combination of deep software expertise across AEC and the built environment, proven experience in building and scaling global enterprise platforms, and leadership at the forefront of mission-critical innovation. As we accelerate our international expansion and strengthen SINGU’s position as a category-defining platform for property operations, Dominic’s perspective across the full lifecycle of the built environment – from design and construction through long-term operations – will be invaluable.”

Dominic commented, “Singu is addressing a critical gap between construction delivery and long-term facilities operations. I look forward to supporting the team as they scale the platform and help modernise how the built environment is managed.”

In his role as Chairman, Dominic will work closely with Singu’s executive team and board to guide strategy, governance, and international expansion.
