Neighbourhood Health Forum welcomes latest member

The Neighbourhood Health Forum – a collective voice of private sector organisations in health infrastructure delivery – has welcomed Vercity as its latest member.

The Neighbourhood Health Forum was formed in 2025 to offer a collective private sector voice to support government and the NHS in the delivery of a neighbourhood health service and the creation of new public-private-partnership (PPP) models in health. Over the past few months, the Forum’s membership has grown to twelve private sector organisations – representing over £10bn of health infrastructure across 1,400 health buildings and community facilities.

Infrastructure asset management company Vercity supports public and private sector clients in safeguarding and enhancing the long-term value of infrastructure investments across healthcare, education, transport, blue light, defence, and other social infrastructure sectors.

Chair of the Neighbourhood Health Forum Sarah Beaumont-Smith said: “Vercity joining the Neighbourhood Health Forum is a huge boost and adds another leading private sector voice to our membership. Collectively, the Forum’s members offer an unrivalled track record in neighbourhood health delivery, so we look forward to continued engagement with government and the NHS to help make the neighbourhood health plans a success.”

Vercity CEO Richard Hoare commented: "We are delighted to join the Neighbourhood Health Forum and look forward to working alongside fellow members to support better outcomes for local communities. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do at Vercity, and we welcome the opportunity to share insights, build new partnerships, and contribute to the important conversations shaping the future of neighbourhood health and social infrastructure.”
