Healthcare provision ‘in a pandemic and beyond’

Brandon Medical says it is ‘here to offer operating theatre and critical care bedspace equipment, design, planning, and maintenance’.

Its service is, it says, based on ‘decades of practical expertise in configuring critical care areas for a regulatory and guideline-compliant solution, with high levels of engineering redundancy and resilience, while maintaining a commercial design philosophy’.

Brandon Medical specialises in multi-vendor maintenance support and repair solutions, with a key focus on asset-managed contract consolidation. ‘A host’ of service contract options are available – from cover on an individual piece of kit (clinical point-of-use pendants, surgical lighting, operating tables, UCV, and OR integration, medical IT, UPS, and control panels), to the assurance that the customer’s entire theatre is fully operational for the return to elective surgery.

The company said: “Our national network of field-based engineers is on hand when you need them. Available to respond – swiftly and efficiently – to deal with call-outs for product faults or routine maintenance, they can be with you ‘24/7’, 365 days per year. Of course, we recommend that all equipment is adequately maintained to ensure optimum performance. That said, faults can, and do, happen – but you can enjoy peace of mind that we’re always here to respond.

“Our Integration and Analytics maintenance packages have been devised to control the cost of your equipment maintenance over a determined timeframe. Optimising its value by minimising operational downtime, our carefully designed PPM packages can ensure that your project is always within budget. In addition, we consolidate your maintenance support requirement – via a single Managed Asset Contract with just one point of contact, ensuring that our packages continue to make perfect sense for time-poor engineers. We can also provide spare parts, installing components specified by the manufacturer to ensure optimal functionality. We believe in offering solutions, not just products.”
