The Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham has recently taken delivery of five MasterMover ride-on machines. The existing hand tugs at the facility that were over 20 years old were coming to the end of their working life and needed to be replaced with a machine that was versatile enough to tow a variety of items inside a busy single site teaching hospital, which would address manual handling concerns, reduce noise, would not damage the extensive miles of vinyl covered corridor and add to the modernisation of the portering services.
